The product coming out of the Cut to Length line Machine is passed through the flange machine and the flange drawing is performed on both sides of the sheet.
Thus, the self-production of flange of the duct sheet is complede. This allows the production of ducts with high sealing properties, since no connection or fixing process takes place afterwards.
Thanks to the self-formed flange of the sheet, ducts with high strength properties are produced since a flange of the same thickness as the wall thickness of the duct sheet is formed.
